Description

  • Perform ad hoc and recurring analyses to inform decisions across marketing campaigns, channel performance, pricing, lead generation, and partner growth.
  • Provide analysis and scenario modeling for lifecycle and product teams to support business cases and key initiatives.
  • Build presentation-ready materials that summarize insights, trends, and recommendations for leadership and partner meetings.
  • Develop and maintain recurring dashboards and reports for sales, marketing, and leadership.
  • Use AI tools to automate repetitive reporting workflows and accelerate data exploration.
  • Analyze lifecycle, product pipeline, audience segmentation, and event-level data to understand business performance.
  • Identify when key functionality is not performing as intended and proactively flag or escalate issues.
  • Partner with lifecycle and product teams to support OKR-driven strategy and high-priority initiatives.
  • Deliver analytical support that helps move critical business initiatives forward.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role.
  • Industry experience is beneficial.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Knowledge of SQL is required.
  • Python experience is a plus.
  • Understanding of data warehousing and data mining is a plus.
  • Familiarity with BI technologies such as Microsoft Power BI or Qlik.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Proven ability to take initiative and be innovative.
  • Demonstrated ability to use AI and generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and CoPilot to accelerate analysis and automate workflows.
