Description

  • Conduct analyses to identify growth opportunities and prioritize investment areas for the Strategic Partnerships team in APAC.
  • Leverage data and tools to analyze Strategic Partnerships performance and identify levers to improve results.
  • Work across internal SP teams and external functions such as product, marketing, supply, and finance to drive initiatives.
  • Maintain and optimize the department’s performance management system, including support for a large team of account managers.
  • Oversee SP data infrastructure to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.
  • Design, manage, and oversee maintenance of data tools that support decision-making.
  • Prepare business performance updates, proposals, and recommendations for senior management.
  • Optimize pricing strategy and make decisions based on A/B experiments.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of total experience in consulting, data analytics, strategy, business development, business intelligence, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to use analytics and quantitative methods to break down ambiguous problems and develop recommendations.
  • Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work well across multiple stakeholders.
  • Growth mindset and interest in working across a variety of functional areas.
  • Entrepreneurial, hands-on approach to work.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • SQL skills are a plus, or willingness to learn.
  • Tableau skills are a plus, or willingness to learn.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or Mathematics is a plus.
