Description

  • Work across multiple Scrum teams to define requirements for complex platform initiatives.
  • Translate business needs into clear, structured direction for engineering teams.
  • Break down ambiguous problems and help shape practical solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with engineers, architects, and product stakeholders to support delivery.
  • Ensure alignment across teams working on interconnected systems and integrations.
  • Facilitate alignment on scope, dependencies, and priorities across teams.
  • Contribute to sprint activities and support PI planning.
  • Identify risks, gaps, and dependencies and help drive resolution across teams.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in complex IT or data-driven environments.
  • Strong experience working across multiple Scrum teams in an Agile environment, preferably within SAFe.
  • Proven ability to translate business needs into clear technical direction for complex systems.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to structure ambiguous problems into clear solutions.
  • Experience working closely with engineers and architects in cross-functional teams.
  • Experience working with systems that have multiple integrations and dependencies.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex topics clearly and align stakeholders.
  • Ability to navigate high levels of ambiguity and drive technical clarity across teams.
  • Upper-Intermediate+ English level.
  • Experience working on AI or blockchain-based projects is desirable.
  • Familiarity with data platforms or complex, integration-heavy systems is desirable.
  • Understanding of AI-driven data workflows, data transformation, or data provenance is desirable.
  • Experience in fintech or private markets domains is desirable.
