Description

  • Manage, coach, and develop a team of Enterprise Account Executives, including hiring, onboarding, and ongoing sales enablement.
  • Design, enforce, and optimize a disciplined enterprise sales process to ensure consistent execution across the team.
  • Train and upskill AEs on consultative, data-driven selling and identify inflection points and key figures in deals.
  • Own sales pipeline reporting and develop regular sales/pipeline updates for the Head of NA Sales.
  • Drive complex enterprise sales cycles end-to-end, building consensus across multiple business units and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal C-level, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to align solution delivery and customer outcomes.
  • Lead strategic and tactical planning sessions for accounts and long sales cycles, including deal strategy and negotiation planning.
  • Negotiate business terms with line-of-business stakeholders, procurement/contract teams, senior management, and C-level executives as needed.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of proven experience selling technical enterprise SaaS solutions.
  • 2+ years of sales management experience in SaaS.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in highly competitive markets.
  • Proven success closing 6- and 7-figure deals.
  • Experience with 9–12 month enterprise deal cycles.
  • Experience managing teams with a hands-on, value-led approach within complex, long-cycle sales that require ongoing strategy and tactical planning.
  • Skilled at negotiating business terms with procurement, contract teams, senior management, and C-level executives.
  • Proven ability to manage complex enterprise sales cycles from champion to CEO and to demonstrate product and business/economic benefits to varied stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Preferred: Sales methodology training, SaaS performance management or applications experience, strong customer references, and experience selling marketing technology to large enterprise retail brands.
