Description

  • Manage a team of Account Managers and own team goals for upsell revenue and net revenue retention.
  • Train, onboard, and continuously develop Account Managers through sales enablement and coaching.
  • Identify key deal figures, inflection points, and emerging trends to support account growth.
  • Collaborate with internal C-level leaders, Engineering, and Customer Success on customer and deal strategy.
  • Ensure the team runs a disciplined renewals, upsell, and cross-sell process.
  • Develop and report on sales and pipeline performance to the Director of Account Management.
  • Attend Quarterly Business Reviews with customers to understand account needs and product adoption.
  • Pitch customers on additional features and capabilities aligned with the Constructor roadmap.
  • Support complex enterprise sales cycles and negotiations as needed.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of proven experience selling technical enterprise SaaS solutions.
  • 2+ years of sales management experience in SaaS.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a highly competitive market.
  • Proven success closing 6- and 7-figure deals.
  • Experience managing teams with a hands-on, value-led approach in complex cycles that require ongoing strategy and tactical planning.
  • Strong negotiation skills with business terms, procurement and contract teams, senior management, and C-level executives.
  • Ability to manage complex enterprise sales cycles from start to finish, from business champion to CEO-level stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Previous Sales Methodology training, SaaS Performance Management or Applications experience, and strong customer references preferred.
  • Marketing technology experience and experience selling to large enterprise retail brands preferred.
