Description

  • Serve as the strategic lead for accounts in your book of business.
  • Build strong client relationships and understand each customer’s business goals, needs, priorities, and alignment with Constructor solutions.
  • Manage complex enterprise renewal and upsell cycles from start to finish.
  • Present product value and business outcomes to stakeholders ranging from business champions to C-suite executives.
  • Identify, assess, and manage account risk in a timely and effective manner.
  • Educate clients on new use cases, features, and integrations that can create additional value and expansion opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with Customer Success, Sales, Product, and Marketing to support customer health and advocacy.
  • Maintain accurate internal records and communicate customer status, renewal steps, risk, and upsell actions through internal systems and meetings.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of account management experience within a SaaS company, with ecommerce experience strongly preferred.
  • Proven success managing enterprise renewal and expansion cycles.
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding retention and growth targets.
  • Strong executive presence and ability to influence VP-level and C-level stakeholders.
  • Solid understanding of ecommerce KPIs, including conversion rate, AOV, revenue, profit, and merchandising metrics.
  • Ability to analyze and present data related to ecommerce performance, A/B testing, and conversion optimization.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple complex accounts simultaneously.
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives without direct authority.
  • Preferred: experience in Search & Browse technologies, Digital Analytics, or Digital Performance Management platforms.
  • Preferred: deep analytical fluency in ecommerce experimentation and performance data.
  • Preferred: previous experience working with Constructor or Constructor customers.
