Description

  • Acquire new partners within your assigned region or segment.
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline through outbound outreach, business reviews, and relationship development.
  • Conduct 40–50 high-quality outbound conversations per day when needed.
  • Use a value-based and solution-selling approach throughout the sales process.
  • Deliver demos, develop business cases, and demonstrate clear ROI.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and implementation details.
  • Close deals that meet margin and pricing standards.
  • Work closely with Sales Engineers, Marketing, and Partner Success.
  • Coach and support colleagues when needed and serve as a team example.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
  • 6+ years of sales experience, preferably in software, IT, or services.
  • Proven experience independently managing full sales cycles.
  • Experience with outbound sales and pipeline development.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
  • Professional communication skills in both Dutch and English.
  • Familiarity with or interest in MSPs, TSPs, IT services, and cybersecurity.
  • Comfort working with a critical, demanding, but fair audience.
  • Preferred experience with Salesforce, Outreach, or ZoomInfo.
