Description

  • Develop, grow, and maintain strong relationships with distribution and channel partners.
  • Drive sales growth and revenue performance through partner engagement and retention.
  • Manage regional sales activities within a designated territory and Ideal Customer Profile.
  • Own the full sales cycle from opportunity identification through close.
  • Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Develop territory and account plans to achieve client goals and revenue targets.
  • Track and report performance metrics including renewals, churn, customer satisfaction, and forecasting.
  • Negotiate contract terms, discounts, and implementation details.
  • Resolve client concerns and coordinate solutions internally.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and other internal teams to align on strategy and service improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent business experience.
  • 3 years of experience in account management, client success, or sales.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding client satisfaction and retention targets.
  • Knowledge of Managed Service Provider (MSP), Technology Service Provider (TSP), and security industries.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Outreach, and other sales tools.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot and reporting software.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Ability to manage large projects independently with limited supervision.
  • Comfortable with prolonged phone use and making 40-50 outbound calls per day.
  • Ability to adapt to new technology and processes based on partner requirements.
  • Commercial acumen and understanding of client business models.
