Description

  • Maintain the post-sales relationship with partners and serve as a ConnectWise ambassador.
  • Manage and support a predefined list of accounts, with a focus on growth partners.
  • Conduct proactive outbound calls to cultivate additional business within the partner base.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Partner Success and other internal teams to resolve partner issues and maximize account coverage.
  • Maintain regular contact with partner stakeholders to understand objectives, challenges, and growth projections.
  • Identify sales-qualified opportunities and build expansion pipeline for the Sales teams.
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews to support partner satisfaction and product breadth growth.
  • Proactively manage renewal notifications and help ensure agreements are renewed.
  • Use forecast methodology to manage the existing pipeline accurately.
  • Track and support NPS/CSAT satisfaction results.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent business experience.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience.
  • Experience with quota, account management, and technical responsibilities is preferred.
  • Ability to manage projects and processes independently with limited supervision.
  • Advanced knowledge of successful sales initiatives, typically gained through education and/or work experience.
  • Ability to adapt to new technology and processes based on ConnectWise product requirements.
  • Ability to provide world-class customer service while identifying opportunities to position additional products and services.
  • Strong time management and workload prioritization skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
  • Familiarity with MEDDIC/BANT forecast methodology and Salesforce or other CRM systems.
