Description

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day account operations and ongoing client needs.
  • Work closely with cross-functional internal teams to ensure seamless execution and timely solutions.
  • Build strong working relationships across the customer’s organization.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and support incremental growth.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to optimize daily operations and advance long-term account success.
  • Develop, execute, and monitor strategic account plans based on data and business priorities.
  • Support cross-functional efforts that connect people, ideas, and resources to drive innovation.
  • Lead business reviews and contribute data-driven recommendations.
  • Manage global customers with multi-region stakeholders and coordinate critical submissions with banking partners.
  • Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities and new revenue streams based on customer needs.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of global enterprise account management experience in the payments industry.
  • Strong communication skills, including interpersonal, verbal, presentation, written, and email communication.
  • Proven track record of creating and executing strategic account plans.
  • Strong understanding of industry trends and the competitive landscape.
  • Familiarity with fintech, banking, or payments, with card issuing and processing experience.
  • Technical aptitude with the ability to understand and explain complex technical concepts clearly.
  • Experience growing and scaling strategic or enterprise accounts.
  • Experience managing global customers with multi-region stakeholders.
  • Experience partnering with banking operations teams and external banking partners.
  • Experience with high-growth fintechs and financial services companies is preferred.
  • Positive attitude, adaptability, teamwork, and resourcefulness.
  • Ability to participate in business reviews and use data-driven strategies to make decisions.
