Description

  • Execute high-volume outbound and inbound prospecting through calls, email, and LinkedIn to generate pipeline and book meetings.
  • Partner with Marketing to design, test, and optimize go-to-market strategies and lead generation initiatives.
  • Track campaign performance and provide structured insights on messaging, targeting, and conversion.
  • Build and refine outbound and inbound playbooks based on real-world learnings.
  • Share best practices across Sales and Marketing to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Manage daily outreach, research, and discovery conversations while meeting activity and meeting targets.
  • Work closely with Sales and Marketing leadership on strategic growth initiatives.
  • Contribute market insights that help shape how Connecteam scales into new markets and customer segments.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience as an SDR, BDR, or in business development in SaaS or tech sales.
  • Tech-savvy and able to quickly learn new tools, platforms, and processes.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-changing, experimental environment.
  • Execution-driven with a strong ownership mentality and the ability to drive results independently.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and able to solve problems creatively.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to partner effectively with Sales and Marketing stakeholders.
  • Competitive, driven, and motivated to grow within sales.
