Description

  • Engage inbound leads who have signed up for a free trial with Connecteam.
  • Qualify prospects’ needs and identify sales opportunities in the North America region.
  • Book demos and confirm meetings for the Account Executive team.
  • Initiate outreach through multiple channels and manage lead follow-up.
  • Set up and lead discovery calls with prospects.
  • Support pipeline growth by moving qualified opportunities through the sales process.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handoffs and aligned messaging.
  • Help build and improve processes and playbooks.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of SDR/BDR experience in SaaS or tech sales.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to onboard quickly.
  • Energetic, driven, and motivated to grow into an AE role.
  • Strong objection-handling skills and discipline in demo confirmation.
  • Independent and curious, with a willingness to learn.
  • Experience engaging inbound prospects and managing follow-up is preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high visibility.
  • Comfort working in a role focused on the North America region.
