Description

  • Develop and execute customer success plans aligned with each customer’s desired business outcomes.
  • Ensure customers realize maximum value from their Connecteam investment and fully use their licenses.
  • Consult with customers to solve problems and help them achieve their goals.
  • Analyze customer data to track progress and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices relevant to customer success and workforce management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and departments to support customer outcomes and resolve issues.
  • Work with customers to create new use cases and success stories.
  • Resolve escalated customer issues quickly by coordinating resources across the company ecosystem.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B SaaS is required.
  • Customer-facing experience is required.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
  • Ability to operate as a creative, high-energy, entrepreneurial self-starter in a fast-paced environment is required.
  • Experience helping customers deploy products and realize their value is required.
  • Experience building relationships with senior business and platform stakeholders is required.
  • Ability to work independently while also being a strong team player is required.
  • Experience working in a global team or international company is preferred.
  • Experience in an international, remote-first SaaS company is preferred.
  • Background in HR Tech, Workforce Management, or related industries is preferred.
