Description

  • Lead the technical onboarding process for new Federal customers.
  • Partner with customers and internal teams to define onboarding plans based on requirements, goals, and challenges.
  • Act as the voice of the customer and advocate for customer needs across the organization.
  • Collaborate with Technical Support and Customer Engineering to resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
  • Develop hands-on product knowledge and stay current on industry trends, new features, and best practices.
  • Work with customers and the Edu team to deliver product, best-practice, and security training.
  • Build relationships with stakeholders at multiple levels, from technical contacts to CISOs.
  • Partner with Sales to identify renewal and expansion opportunities while minimizing churn risk.
  • Take full ownership of the customer portfolio and make proactive decisions to drive outcomes and de-escalate issues.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in public sector-facing roles working with both technical and business teams.
  • Experience in Customer Success, Professional Services, Technical Account Management, Sales, Solutions Engineering, or Technical Support.
  • Relevant domain knowledge in one or more areas such as Supply Chain Security, DevSecOps, AppSec, security infrastructure, containers, regulatory compliance, vulnerability management, or the software development lifecycle.
  • Ability to operate with a high degree of autonomy and make key customer decisions independently.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort building new processes or practices in a new team environment.
  • Strong collaboration, emotional intelligence, and priority management skills.
  • Commitment to continuous personal and professional development.
  • Previous early-stage startup experience is strongly preferred.
  • Passion for technology and cybersecurity is strongly preferred.
  • Hands-on technical experience with cloud environments such as AWS, GCP, or Azure, or with containers, Linux, and related security/compliance domains is strongly preferred.
