Description

  • Own the full sales cycle and manage a personal account pipeline, while contributing to the broader team pipeline.
  • Consult businesses that have signed up to the platform and convert them into paying customers.
  • Serve as the first point of contact and the face of Connecteam for customers.
  • Become a product expert and advise businesses across a wide variety of industries.
  • Gather client feedback and market insights to help improve the product.
  • Act as the link between the product, the market, and internal departments.
  • Provide top-notch customer service and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Share information cross-functionally to support company growth and alignment.
  • Work with initiative, independence, and ownership in a fast-paced startup environment.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of international B2B sales experience in SaaS companies.
  • Strong record of closing deals and consistently exceeding monthly quotas.
  • Strong customer relationship skills and the ability to interact with people at all organizational levels.
  • Self-learner with high independence and an autodidact mindset.
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Experience working with CRM and project management tools.
  • Energetic, positive, and motivated attitude.
  • Strong communication skills and a team-player mindset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
  • Ability to work remotely Monday through Friday.
  • Hungry to make a real impact and grow with the company.
