Description

  • Manage a high-volume portfolio of long-tail customer accounts using a scaled engagement model.
  • Execute proactive outreach programs, including newsletters, in-product messaging, and lifecycle email campaigns.
  • Provide customers with relevant technical and educational resources aligned to onboarding, training, adoption milestones, and renewal timelines.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, including account status, contacts, and health indicators.
  • Monitor product usage, engagement signals, and health indicators to identify potential expansion and upsell opportunities.
  • Route qualified leads to Customer Success Managers or leadership using defined workflows and tools.
  • Provide supporting documentation and account insights for larger renewals or commercial conversations.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Technical Support, and other internal teams to ensure customers receive timely support.

Requirements

  • 3-6 years of experience.
  • Entry-level to early-career candidate profile.
  • Experience working with technology, data, and customers in a SaaS environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong interest in how SaaS products work.
  • Ability to manage a large portfolio of customers in a scaled engagement model.
  • Comfort working with CRM data and maintaining data accuracy.
  • Experience identifying growth opportunities, expansion signals, or upsell potential.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams.
  • Location: Bangalore (Remote).
