Description

  • Engage with organizations at different stages of Kotlin Multiplatform adoption in existing projects.
  • Support teams through migration, integration, and scaling of shared codebases.
  • Help teams remove technical blockers and move from experimentation to production use.
  • Proactively engage prospective users who may benefit from Kotlin Multiplatform.
  • Assess customer use cases, technical constraints, and adoption challenges.
  • Provide practical guidance on feasibility, architecture decisions, and adoption strategy.
  • Gather structured customer feedback, insights, and pain points.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to influence the Kotlin Multiplatform roadmap and tooling improvements.

Requirements

  • Strong experience with Kotlin, especially on Android or backend.
  • Solid understanding of mobile architectures across Android and iOS.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with senior engineers, tech leads, and business stakeholders.
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to different audiences.
  • Experience leading customer conversations, facilitating discussions, and aligning cross-functional teams.
  • Proactive and empathetic approach to understanding customer needs, challenges, and goals.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
  • Hands-on experience with Kotlin Multiplatform is preferred.
  • Experience migrating or modernizing legacy and large-scale codebases is preferred.
  • Background in customer success, solutions architecture, or another customer-facing role is preferred.
