Description

  • Communicate with customers via chat and email.
  • Advise users on product features and services.
  • Resolve issues and conflict situations and provide clear instructions.
  • Train customers on how to use the product.
  • Maintain documentation and report on resolved cases.
  • Coordinate with development, product, and other teams to resolve complex issues.
  • Collect and structure user feedback to improve the product and service.

Requirements

  • Experience in Customer Support or a related role is an advantage.
  • Experience communicating with clients and resolving complex issues.
  • Understanding of the customer support lifecycle.
  • Intermediate English or higher.
  • Ability to explain complex topics simply and clearly.
  • Ability to recognize that each ticket represents a real person with a real problem.
  • Willingness to take responsibility for outcomes, not just processes.
