Description

  • Develop deep knowledge of the Klaviyo platform.
  • Provide high-quality customer support via email, chat, and phone.
  • Partner with customers to resolve product issues and escalated complaints.
  • Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical users across a wide range of technologies.
  • Diagnose software issues and follow established processes to resolve problems.
  • Support customers with non-technical questions related to marketing, sales, and e-commerce setup.
  • Document troubleshooting steps and problem-resolution actions.
  • Transform workflows by applying AI to build smarter systems and ways of working.

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Passion for creative problem-solving and supporting customers and end users.
  • Self-motivated and able to thrive in a collaborative environment.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
  • Experience with or ability to quickly learn Microsoft Office Suite, G-Suite, Google Sheets, PowerPoint, Zendesk, and Salesforce.
  • Familiarity with web technologies, networking, and software products.
  • Understanding of DNS, IPs, APIs, email marketing platforms, and e-commerce platforms.
  • Familiarity with the Klaviyo product is a plus.
  • Completion of the Klaviyo Practitioner Certificate is a plus.
  • Experience experimenting with AI in work or personal projects and interest in learning responsible AI tools and workflows.
  • Ability to travel up to 10% for onboarding, team meetings, client or partner work, and industry events.

Benefits

  • Base pay range of $26.92 to $40.38 USD per hour for U.S. locations.
  • Annual cash bonus plan may be included in total compensation.
  • Equity may be included in the total compensation package.
  • Sign-on payments may be included.

  • Travel is coordinated in advance.
