Description

  • Lead and coach a team of four BDRs across different levels of seniority.
  • Run weekly one-on-ones, live call reviews, and discovery listening sessions.
  • Own the team’s SQL output, pipeline health, show rates, and rep-level target tracking.
  • Stay hands-on in outbound calling and support junior reps on challenging prospects.
  • Build and continuously refine outbound sequences, playbooks, and target account lists.
  • Own weekly forecasting and pipeline reporting with sales leadership.
  • Improve messaging, sequencing, and personalization through A/B testing and metrics.
  • Help hire, onboard, and ramp new reps on Archera’s domain and buyer personas.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience carrying and hitting quota as a BDR or SDR.
  • 2+ years of experience managing a BDR or SDR team.
  • Demonstrated leadership, coaching, and mentoring ability across seniority levels.
  • Strong comfort using data and leading indicators to forecast and manage performance.
  • Track record of building and refining playbooks, sequences, and target account lists.
  • Hands-on fluency with a modern sales tech stack such as Apollo, Nooks, Gong, and Salesforce.
  • Strong command of outbound messaging and sequencing.
  • Experience selling to technical or cloud/infrastructure buyers is a major plus.
  • Familiarity with FinOps, DevOps, or cloud infrastructure is a major plus.
