Description

  • Prospect, negotiate, and close enterprise agreements with mobile app developers, gaming studios, and global app publishers.
  • Leverage existing senior industry relationships to accelerate deal cycles and contract execution.
  • Lead technical integration strategy across OpenRTB, direct SDK deployments, custom server-to-server endpoints, and mobile mediation stacks.
  • Establish and scale partnerships with mobile mediation platforms including AppLovin MAX, ironSource LevelPlay, Google AdMob/Bidding, Unity, and DT FairBid.
  • Identify, negotiate, and onboard mobile DSPs, programmatic buyers, and agency trading desks to grow demand and bid density.
  • Navigate partner approval and certification processes to become an approved in-app bidder or custom network.
  • Own pipeline forecasting, contract structuring, and executive-level negotiations to exceed revenue targets.
  • Partner with Ad Operations, Solutions Engineering, and Product teams to monitor integration health and improve yield metrics.
  • Represent the company at industry events and share market feedback on auction dynamics, privacy changes, and product priorities.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in mobile AdTech or programmatic business development, supply acquisition, and demand/mediation partnerships.
  • Experience at an SSP, mobile ad network, or programmatic platform.
  • An established active network of senior decision-makers across mobile app publishers, gaming studios, mediation platforms, and DSPs.
  • Deep understanding of OpenRTB protocols, SDK deployment workflows, API integrations, and server-side bidding.
  • Hands-on knowledge of mobile mediation architectures, in-app unified auctions, bidding adapters, and waterfall optimization.
  • Familiarity with traffic quality standards, anti-fraud compliance, and mobile attribution frameworks.
  • Demonstrated ability to structure and close complex commercial agreements across supply and demand.
  • Ability to work autonomously and deliver against aggressive revenue KPIs in a fast-growing environment.
  • Outstanding presentation, consultative selling, and negotiation skills for C-suite engagements.
