Description

  • Own the email and SMS channel strategy, priorities, goals, and roadmap for the Accounting Ecosystem.
  • Design, build, and execute email campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud to drive engagement and revenue.
  • Develop and maintain the email marketing calendar aligned with business objectives.
  • Build and manage audience segments and personalization using SFMC, Salesforce Data Cloud, and Salesforce CRM data.
  • Create and optimize automated customer journeys for lead nurturing, customer onboarding, and retention.
  • Plan, build, and execute SMS campaigns in MobileConnect and integrate them into cross-channel journeys.
  • Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, content, design, and send timing, and apply findings to improve performance.
  • Analyze campaign performance, report actionable insights to stakeholders, and partner on email content development.
  • Ensure email and SMS compliance, consent management, list hygiene, and deliverability practices.
  • Support the Financial Services ecosystem as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in marketing automation, CRM, or a similar field.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Contact Builder, Data Extensions, and MobileConnect.
  • Hands-on experience building segments and activations in Salesforce Data Cloud.
  • Knowledge of marketing automation principles, CRM integration, and Salesforce CRM as an email database source of truth.
  • Strong HTML/CSS skills for email design and troubleshooting.
  • Analytical, data-driven approach to decision-making and campaign optimization.
  • Strong attention to detail in high-volume email execution.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with SMS marketing in SFMC MobileConnect, AMPscript, SQL, AI marketing tools such as Claude, and SFMC or Data Cloud certifications (preferred).
  • Advanced degree or experience in education, e-learning, or professional certification marketing (preferred).
