Description

  • Own strategy and quarterly and annual planning for Physical Security, including OKRs, QBRs, and MBRs, in alignment with Security & Privacy and company priorities.
  • Translate physical security initiatives into measurable business outcomes, risk-adjusted investments, and enterprise risk indicators.
  • Build scalable operating systems for reporting, service catalogs, metrics, and governance that provide executive visibility into risk, incidents, and capacity.
  • Evaluate risk and return across the Physical Security portfolio and lead headcount, budget, and vendor strategy with clear start, stop, and scale recommendations.
  • Drive cross-functional execution of complex, multi-region initiatives with Security & Privacy programs and other stakeholders.
  • Identify and implement AI and automation opportunities to reduce manual work and increase operational leverage.
  • Ensure strategy, metrics, quarterly business reviews, and enterprise risk views are consistently represented in Security & Privacy planning and decision-making systems.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in strategy, operations, chief of staff, risk, or security roles.
  • 5+ years of experience at the senior manager level or above in tech, security, or financial services.
  • Demonstrated ability to responsibly use generative AI tools and copilots such as LibreChat, Gemini, and Glean in daily workflows.
  • Experience with physical security operations and risk domains such as GSOC, executive protection, threat intelligence, EHS, and security systems.
  • Ability to quantify risk and return, align investments to enterprise risk appetite, and communicate tradeoffs to L7+ or executive leadership with imperfect data.
  • Experience designing and scaling OKRs, QBRs, KRIs, dashboards, and governance in high-stakes environments.
  • Strong executive communication skills with clear written and verbal narratives about risk, impact, and decisions.
  • Proven ability to lead multi-quarter, cross-functional programs and manage multiple stakeholders to completion.
  • Ability to influence without authority and drive behavior change across teams not directly managed.
  • Preferred experience in crypto, fintech, or another highly regulated industry.
  • Preferred background in consulting, corporate strategy, or security program management.
  • Preferred experience supporting executive leadership in a chief of staff, strategy lead, or similar role.
  • Preferred experience applying enterprise risk management frameworks to security and technology risk.

  • Annual base salary range of $201,365 to $236,900 USD, depending on work location.
