Description

  • Manage end-to-end forecasting, reporting, and analysis for business partners, including annual budget and monthly planning deliverables.
  • Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities by proactively analyzing financial and operational data.
  • Build strong relationships with business partners and present analysis and recommendations in business reviews.
  • Own the month-end close process for assigned areas and perform detailed variance analysis with Accounting.
  • Develop, maintain, and own financial models used to assess risks and opportunities.
  • Support Consumer leadership with analysis for operational expenditure planning and resource allocation decisions.
  • Translate complex financial data into clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
  • Drive efficiency and help ensure financial data integrity and planning accuracy.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, or corporate finance.
  • Demonstrated ownership of operating expenses such as headcount planning, marketing spend, product operations, or similar categories.
  • Proven experience managing operating expense budgets, building forecasts, and delivering variance analysis.
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, including driver-based models and scenario analysis.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams such as Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Operations.
  • Advanced Excel skills and SQL experience for data analysis.
  • Experience with planning tools such as Anaplan, NetSuite, or Adaptive.
  • Proactive, intellectually curious, and comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
  • Experience in a high-growth tech company, FinTech, or financial services is preferred.
  • Proficiency with data visualization tools such as Looker or Tableau is preferred.
  • Experience using generative AI tools and copilots responsibly in daily workflows is required.
  • Crypto-forward or crypto-curious mindset is preferred.

  • Annual base salary range of $130,900 to $154,000 USD.
  • Total compensation may include equity and bonus eligibility.
