Description

  • Own near- and long-term topline and profitability target setting in partnership with executive leadership.
  • Design and build investment frameworks to maximize returns on product, go-to-market, and people investments.
  • Partner with the CFO and Head of Finance to execute investment plans with appropriate guardrails and calibration.
  • Lead the annual planning process, long-range forecasting, and ongoing financial model development.
  • Define business performance rhythms and establish how the leadership team measures success.
  • Deliver and refine Weekly Business Reviews and Monthly Business Reviews for the leadership team.
  • Drive automation of manual finance processes through improved tooling and workflows.
  • Champion data integrity and ensure the finance organization operates from a single source of truth.
  • Build a framework for investment decision-making and unified spend visibility across departments.
  • Benchmark Engine against the industry and advise on capital allocation to double down or pull back where needed.

Requirements

  • 8-12+ years of experience in Corporate Finance, FP&A, or Strategic Finance.
  • Experience in a high-growth tech or similar fast-scaling environment is preferred.
  • Proven track record implementing or optimizing financial planning software such as Adaptive or Anaplan.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Looker.
  • Experience managing high-performing teams.
  • Experience influencing cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Comfort challenging executive leadership with a strong, data-backed point of view.
  • Strong analytical curiosity and ability to identify the right questions and analyses to answer business problems.
  • Technical fluency with financial systems, automation, and scalable self-serve finance environments.

  • Competitive base salary of $225,000-$250,000 USD.
  • Total compensation may include equity and/or variable pay (OTE).
