Description

  • Work with Treasury desks and stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements and processes.
  • Document end-to-end system architecture and validate functional and technical specifications against business needs.
  • Coordinate with IT vendors, internal GT, PM/PMO, and IT security teams to ensure accurate delivery and compliance.
  • Analyze data migration requirements, document data transformations, and drive conversion trial runs, reconciliation, and sample testing.
  • Prepare test cases for UAT, ORT, and SIT and support testing activities.
  • Track defects, coordinate resolution with users and vendors, and manage change requests after requirement gathering.
  • Ensure user access management and audit trail design comply with IT security policies and procedures.
  • Support go-live and post-go-live issue resolution, including enhancements and platform improvements.
  • Monitor system/application and hardware performance with Group Technology to ensure expected capacity.
  • Perform related tasks assigned by management as needed.

Requirements

  • Experience in Treasury or banking projects.
  • Delivered medium- and/or large-scale projects.
  • Hands-on experience in migration activities for a front-to-back programme in banking or large corporate treasury.
  • Good understanding of designing and implementing building blocks for banking, finance, and accounting products, operational flows, and automatic/manual tasks.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with excellent written and spoken English.
  • Ability to work proactively and independently when necessary, with strong initiative.
  • Excellent team player with multicultural awareness.
  • Good understanding of relational database concepts.
  • Preferred experience in Treasury, Banking, and Finance.
  • Preferred familiarity with CRM tool implementations, SQL/PLSQL/Hibernate SQL, XML/FPML, Unix/Shell scripting, Agile, Jira, and Confluence.
