Description

  • Break into key target accounts through outbound prospecting and position CoderPad’s value proposition to ideal prospects.
  • Engage Talent Acquisition and Engineering stakeholders as part of the sales process.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Customer Success to identify new business opportunities using intent-based tools.
  • Build trusted advisor and consultant relationships with prospects.
  • Generate and manage pipeline to achieve pre-defined outbound activity and revenue targets.
  • Use a value-based selling approach to support and delight buyers.
  • Share customer feedback and strategic ideas to improve product, process, and workflows.
  • Work across a geographically distributed team in a collaborative environment.

Requirements

  • 2-4+ years of experience in SaaS sales positions.
  • At least 2 years of experience as an Account Executive.
  • Demonstrated hunter mindset and entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Ability to operate with ambiguity and test new ideas.
  • Ability to engage executive buyers with innovative ideas and solutions.
  • Strong team-player mindset with positivity and high energy.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce CRM.
  • Gong and Apollo experience is a plus.
  • Must have the permanent and unrestricted right to work in the country of residence without current or future sponsorship.

Benefits

  • OTE of $140,000 - $160,000 with a 50/50 base salary and variable compensation structure.
  • Base salary range of $70,000 - $80,000 USD, plus accelerators.
  • Stock options with a 4-year vesting schedule.

  • Unlimited paid time off, with an expectation of taking 3 weeks annually plus 20 company holidays.
  • Remote-friendly environment with a monthly work-from-home stipend.
