Description

  • Own lifecycle and CRM marketing campaigns end to end in GoHighLevel across the customer journey.
  • Build and maintain sequences for pre-call education, appointment reminders, no-show win-backs, nurture, webinars, and post-event follow-up.
  • Create and update landing pages and funnels that support campaign sequences.
  • Manage list hygiene, segmentation, tagging, and lead uploads so sales has accurate lead context.
  • Write email and SMS copy in a plain, problem-first brand voice for trade business owners.
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on opens, clicks, replies, drop-off points, show rates, and conversions.
  • Test subject lines, send times, cadence, and other workflow variables to improve results.
  • Set up QA and monitoring for forms, Zapier/native integrations, automations, booking calendars, and tracking.
  • Coordinate deadlines and deliverables with agency partners and vendors, and escalate misses early.
  • Produce weekly marketing reporting, including scorecards, KPI tracking, and lead-source reports.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in email, lifecycle, or CRM marketing, including both copywriting and campaign buildout.
  • Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel or a similar CRM/email marketing platform such as HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, or Klaviyo.
  • Strong natural US English writing ability, with a conversational tone rather than formal or agency-style copy.
  • Experience working with external agencies or vendors and tracking deliverables that are not directly under your control.
  • Ability to manage multiple sequences, partners, and deadlines reliably and with strong organization.
  • Comfort using AI tools to draft, build, and analyze work faster.
  • Experience marketing to trades, home services, or small business owners is preferred.
  • Knowledge of SMS marketing and deliverability best practices, including warm-up, DMARC, and list health, is preferred.
  • Light design skills in Canva or similar tools for email and landing page assets are preferred.
  • Working knowledge of Meta, Google, social tools, and web analytics, plus reporting and analytics tools.
