Description

  • Design, build, and optimize automated communication flows from registration through churn prevention and reactivation.
  • Develop onboarding and welcome journeys across email, push, SMS, and in-app channels.
  • Create and manage reactivation campaigns for different customer lifecycle stages.
  • Run A/B tests to improve funnel conversion and reactivation performance.
  • Analyze campaign results and customer behavior data to identify growth opportunities.
  • Build dashboards and automate reporting and trigger logic.
  • Develop growth hypotheses and new CRM automation ideas.
  • Collaborate with Product, Analytics, Content, and Design teams to deliver CRM campaigns.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in CRM automation or marketing automation.
  • Hands-on experience with trigger-based lifecycle campaigns, including welcome, deposit conversion, churn prevention, and reactivation flows.
  • Strong understanding of event-driven logic and customer segmentation.
  • Experience with CRM automation platforms such as Smartico, FastTrack, Customer.io, Optimove, or similar.
  • Strong analytical skills and practical experience with Looker, Tableau, or similar BI tools.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Analytics, Content, and Design teams.
