Description

  • Run 20-30 minute onboarding calls with new TradeRated customers and guide them through setup steps.
  • Confirm pre-call requirements are completed and reschedule calls when gating criteria are not met.
  • Review customer-provided information in advance and pre-configure what can be set up before the call.
  • Ensure the right stakeholders attend onboarding calls and coordinate warm handoffs with Sales.
  • Walk customers through company setup, technician roster setup, review path configuration, and CRM integration steps.
  • Troubleshoot common CRM and integration issues in real time and escalate complex issues with clear context.
  • Drive customers toward activation, including first technician setup, review path setup, and first verified review.
  • Document onboarding status, blockers, next steps, and customer notes accurately in GoHighLevel and the TradeRated platform.
  • Transition activated customers to Customer Success with complete handoff notes and risk context.
  • Track onboarding KPIs, contribute to weekly scorecard reporting, and surface recurring friction points for process improvement.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in SaaS onboarding, implementation, customer success, account management, support, or other technical customer-facing roles.
  • Experience running live customer calls and screen shares.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with ServiceTitan, Jobber, Housecall Pro, AccuLynx, or similar tools.
  • Ability to navigate basic CRM and admin workflows, integrations, and API or OAuth-style setup steps.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical customers.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail (preferred).
  • Technically curious and comfortable learning new software quickly (preferred).
  • Comfort working in a fast-moving startup environment where processes are still being built (preferred).
  • Experience with GoHighLevel, Notion, Slack, Loom, and Google Workspace (preferred).
