Description

  • Handle inbound leads generated through Meta advertising campaigns.
  • Conduct appointment-setting and lead-qualification calls.
  • Follow up with prospective patients interested in cosmetic procedures.
  • Overcome objections and address patient concerns with confidence and empathy.
  • Nurture leads through the initial stages of the sales process.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records in the CRM.
  • Review AI-generated call summaries and update lead information as needed.
  • Coordinate appointment scheduling for consultations and treatments.
  • Support patient engagement efforts to reduce lead loss and improve conversion rates.
  • Work within a high-volume lead flow to maximize conversion opportunities.

Requirements

  • Native or fluent Mexican Spanish speaker.
  • Female candidate strongly preferred.
  • Strong phone sales communication skills.
  • Full-time availability of 40 hours per week during PDT business hours.
  • Experience handling inbound leads from Meta advertising campaigns.
  • Experience in appointment setting, lead qualification, or sales follow-up.
  • Experience working in cosmetic surgery, aesthetics, med spa, healthcare, or related industries is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Go High Level (GHL) CRM is preferred.
  • Experience using CRM systems and appointment scheduling tools is preferred.
  • Willingness to record a Spanish introduction video during the screening process.
