Description

  • Build AI-supported workflows, integrations, databases, dashboards, and operating systems around client-defined business processes.
  • Capture and structure companies, roles, projects, and decision-makers for LinkedIn and opportunity workflows.
  • Connect data sources and APIs, and manage structured information in databases or CRM-style systems.
  • Use LLMs to compare opportunities with professional profiles and generate outreach or application drafts.
  • Create follow-up actions and pipeline dashboards to track workflow progress.
  • Support Excel and Google Sheets automation, APIs, webhooks, and system integrations.
  • Develop and maintain AI, agentic, and document-based workflows across sequential client priorities.
  • Test, debug, document, and transfer knowledge for implemented solutions.
  • Progressively support personal business operations, personal finance workflows, and industrial workflow prototypes.

Requirements

  • Basic Python and software development experience.
  • Experience with workflow automation platforms such as n8n, Make, Zapier, or similar.
  • Experience with APIs and integrations, including REST APIs, webhooks, authentication, scraping, and structured data extraction.
  • Experience with AI and agentic systems, including Claude, Claude Code, LLMs, RAG, and document-based AI workflows.
  • Ability to design solutions and select appropriate technologies, tools, features, and architecture for each use case.
  • Ability to execute clearly with testing, debugging, documentation, and knowledge transfer.
  • Experience with Excel, Google Sheets, SQL, databases, analytics, and dashboards.
  • Preferred experience with Power BI.
  • Practical coding skills, including error handling, version control, deployment, and maintainable architecture.
  • CEFR English proficiency level required for the application, with a resume/profile in English and a 1-minute introduction video link.
