Description

  • Translate PRDs, UX mockups, and early-stage ideas into cohesive working products.
  • Build responsive, polished full-stack web applications.
  • Design and implement meaningful LLM-powered features, agentic workflows, tool integrations, structured outputs, and orchestration logic.
  • Create rapid prototypes and product demos, then evolve them into secure, maintainable production systems.
  • Make independent product, UX, and technical decisions while identifying requirements, edge cases, and improvement opportunities.
  • Collaborate with founders, designers, and product stakeholders.
  • Own features through concept, implementation, deployment, and iteration.
  • Use AI-assisted development tools while applying sound engineering judgment.

Requirements

  • Strong full-stack web development experience and the ability to independently ship complete products or substantial features.
  • Production experience building applications with LLMs and related APIs.
  • Experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React, Next.js, or equivalent.
  • Strong backend and API development skills.
  • Familiarity with databases, authentication, cloud deployment, testing, and observability.
  • Strong product instincts, UX attention to detail, and ability to translate mockups into responsive interfaces.
  • Ability to work from PRDs, resolve ambiguity proactively, and balance speed with reliability and maintainability.
  • Clear communication, sound judgment, and strong personal ownership.
  • Experience with OpenClaw, agentic orchestrators, or multi-agent systems (preferred).
  • Experience with tool calling, MCP, RAG, memory systems, evaluations, structured generation, human-in-the-loop workflows, Cursor, Codex, or similar AI-native environments (preferred).
