Description

  • Lead and scale a team of Enterprise Account Executives.
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales vision to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Build relationships with key enterprise decision-makers, including CISOs and security leaders.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the enterprise market.
  • Expand existing enterprise customer relationships in partnership with the Customer Success team.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align and support sales execution.
  • Provide strategic sales leadership and promote a consultative sales approach.
  • Improve sales efficiency and effectiveness through better processes and tools.
  • Represent Cobalt at industry events and networking opportunities.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B enterprise sales leadership experience, focused on cybersecurity and professional services.
  • Proven success in consultative sales and relationship-building with security leaders.
  • Experience selling to enterprise clients, especially CISOs and security leadership.
  • Background in offensive security sales or strong understanding of cybersecurity services.
  • Strategic mindset with experience developing and executing go-to-market plans.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-starter with entrepreneurial drive and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Ability to work remotely, ideally from the CST or EST time zone.
  • US salary range of $150,000 to $187,500, plus commission, equity, and benefits.
