Description

  • Lead the Command Center operating model, including governance, prioritization, initiative valuation, execution tracking, reporting, and continuous improvement.
  • Develop enterprise performance-monitoring frameworks, dashboards, KPIs, and reporting cadences.
  • Integrate operational, actuarial, and financial performance into actionable executive recommendations.
  • Partner with Finance, Actuarial, Clinical, Revenue, Pharmacy, Product, Analytics, and Operations leaders to align priorities and decision rights.
  • Expand automation, improve data quality, standardize processes, and implement governed AI-enabled workflows.
  • Lead executive operating reviews and proactive risk-monitoring processes.
  • Manage, coach, and develop actuarial and financial operations professionals.
  • Allocate resources, establish performance standards, and build team capacity across enterprise priorities.

Requirements

  • Associate or Fellow of the Society of Actuaries and Member of the American Academy of Actuaries.
  • 7–10 years of progressive experience in actuarial, healthcare finance, population health, analytics, consulting, strategy, or operations.
  • Strong understanding of Medicare Advantage economics, including medical cost trends, utilization management, risk adjustment, provider reimbursement, or value-based care.
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives, organizational change, and senior analysts or finance professionals.
  • Advanced SQL and Excel skills.
  • Experience with Python or R, business intelligence platforms, and modern AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini preferred.
  • Managed care or healthcare actuarial experience preferred.
  • Strong executive communication, presentation, stakeholder-influence, and business-partnership skills.
  • Ability to translate complex analysis into actionable recommendations and manage competing priorities in a matrixed organization.
