Description

  • Own end-to-end onboarding for new and ramping markets, including planning, coordination, and execution of in-person training and go-live support.
  • Travel to provider practices to train physicians, PCP teams, and office staff on Counterpart Assistant and support workflow integration.
  • Partner with clinical and non-clinical practice staff to design and implement efficient in-office workflows that drive adoption.
  • Reinforce best practices, troubleshoot issues, and provide hands-on support to accelerate early provider engagement and proficiency.
  • Assess practice and market readiness, identify gaps, and implement targeted interventions to improve time-to-value.
  • Serve as the in-market subject matter expert for Counterpart Assistant and demonstrate its value to providers.
  • Support provider recruitment and market expansion efforts in partnership with go-to-market and growth teams.
  • Collaborate with Provider Success, Sales, Product, and Operations to ensure smooth handoffs from onboarding to ongoing account management.
  • Capture field insights and feedback to improve onboarding materials, training programs, and the product experience.

Requirements

  • 5 to 7+ years of experience in healthcare operations, provider training, onboarding, or practice transformation.
  • Proven track record of implementing new workflows or technology within primary care or ambulatory settings.
  • Experience training and engaging both clinical and non-clinical audiences in person.
  • Deep understanding of primary care workflows and practice operations.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple onboarding efforts simultaneously.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and adapt quickly to different market needs.
  • Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time and spend extended time in provider offices.
  • Must live in TN, MS, AL, FL, or TX.
  • Preferred experience with value-based care models, population health, or quality improvement initiatives.
  • Preferred familiarity with EHR systems, medical billing, Medicare Advantage, and risk-based payment models.
  • Preferred experience implementing healthcare technology or digital health tools in provider settings.
  • Preferred knowledge of HEDIS, Stars, wellness visits, and accurate coding practices.
