Description

  • Own the customer relationship through onboarding, deployment, adoption, advocacy, and renewal for Mid-Market customers.
  • Manage the implementation of Samsara technology and help customers achieve quick time to value.
  • Create launch plans and roadmaps to increase product usage.
  • Track implementation progress, participation, product adoption, and account health.
  • Run training sessions and demonstrations for executives and day-to-day users.
  • Work through customer challenges and guide customers across multiple use cases.
  • Juggle multiple customer engagements in parallel while collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Support, Sales Engineering, and Product.
  • Deeply understand the Samsara platform and explain its capabilities to different customer audiences.
  • Champion Samsara’s cultural principles while supporting global growth.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in a senior Customer Success, account management, or strategic consulting role.
  • Mid-Market SaaS experience preferred.
  • Experience supporting or working with technical products.
  • Experience with end-to-end system implementations.
  • Strong priority management and high emotional intelligence.
  • Excellent consultative skills and proven ability to build trust with executives, Product and Engineering leadership, and day-to-day users.
  • Diplomacy, tact, and poise under pressure when working through customer issues.
  • Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year institution.
  • Ability to work remotely from the US, excluding the San Francisco Bay Metro Area, NYC Metro Area, and Washington, D.C. Metro Area.
  • Strong bias for action, ability to think big, and comfort in a fast-paced, change-heavy environment (preferred).
