Description

  • Own the Interventions technical roadmap and drive strategy for clinical data accuracy and care gap closure.
  • Lead the diagnostic precision strategy by improving assessment surfacing, member-specific modeling, and evidence extraction from clinical data sources.
  • Oversee scaling of Interventions systems for a rapidly growing member base.
  • Lead the core data infrastructure overhaul and improve ML pipeline stability through decoupling and stronger QA environments.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Clinical Operations, Product, Data Science, Design, and leadership to remove clinical bottlenecks and improve plan performance.
  • Drive adoption of an AI-powered SDLC to accelerate coding, testing, and deployment while maintaining code quality and security standards.
  • Mentor and develop engineering managers and senior individual contributors.
  • Lead organizational change, including structural re-orgs and process evolution.
  • Manage strategic resource allocation, capacity planning, and technical debt in a fast-paced product environment.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of engineering experience, including both individual contributor and leadership roles.
  • Experience in healthcare data, clinical interoperability, or ML-driven healthcare products.
  • Deep familiarity with clinical data structures such as ICD-10 and high-integrity clinical data pipelines.
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional teams of engineers, data scientists, and clinical operators in regulated environments.
  • Experience managing ML model lifecycles and deploying LLM-driven features.
  • Experience implementing and scaling AI-assisted development workflows such as AI code assistants, automated testing, or AI-driven CI/CD.
  • Proven ability to cultivate a high-performance engineering culture focused on velocity, quality, and psychological safety.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to translate technical constraints into business strategy.
  • Experience with organizational change, including re-orgs and process evolution.
  • Preferred consideration of education, work experience, and certifications in final compensation decisions.
