Description

  • Design and own the event tracking architecture across web, app, and backend, including event structures, properties, and naming conventions.
  • Partner with Product and Engineering to ensure tracking is properly implemented.
  • Manage the end-to-end data flow across tools such as RudderStack, Amplitude, and Iterable.
  • Ensure events are correctly collected, transformed, validated, and consistently available across destinations.
  • Establish and enforce data governance practices, including taxonomy, validation, monitoring, and alerting.
  • Prevent data drift and maintain reliable, decision-ready data for marketing and product use.
  • Work with Marketing and CRM teams to enable segmentation, lifecycle campaigns, personalization, and experimentation.
  • Define and maintain core metrics such as activation, retention, and LTV.
  • Evaluate and implement Martech tools and integrations.
  • Build automated workflows and intelligent agents to validate data, generate analyses, and surface insights.

Requirements

  • Strong SQL skills and analytical depth.
  • Ability to navigate large datasets and translate business questions into structured analysis.
  • Clear, structured thinking with the ability to break down problems into hypotheses and design analyses.
  • Ability to turn analysis results into actionable insights.
  • Solid understanding of data quality, tracking, and metric definitions.
  • High standards for consistency and reliability across tools.
  • Experience with Martech ecosystems such as CDPs, product analytics, and engagement platforms.
  • Experience with event-driven data models.
  • Ownership mindset.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Engineering.
  • Experience driving initiatives end-to-end.
