Description

  • Run the team’s shipping cadence, including daily ship logs, weekly recaps, and async standups.
  • Hold contractors and pillar leads accountable to weekly experiment targets based on each pillar’s complexity.
  • Maintain a rolling experiment backlog so work is always ready to start.
  • Onboard new contractors quickly and help them achieve their first ship within the first week.
  • Own experiment tracking, including structure, completeness, consistency, and outcome tagging.
  • Connect experiment outcomes to the correct downstream signals such as revenue, registrations, rankings, or visibility.
  • Produce weekly recaps that give leadership clear visibility into what shipped, what worked, and what is next.
  • Track approval and review SLAs and escalate stuck work before it becomes a blocker.
  • Map cross-pillar dependencies and resolve collisions that could block shipping.
  • Turn strategic intents into shippable briefs with clear owners, success criteria, and deadlines.
  • Run a short, written weekly cross-pillar sync focused on dependencies and collisions.
  • Own quarterly planning logistics by coordinating leads, preparing materials, and producing a written plan.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in operations or program management in a high-throughput environment such as an agency, growth team, or product team.
  • Experience building or rebuilding a tracking or operating system from scratch.
  • Comfortable using spreadsheets at the level of pivots and lookups.
  • Ability to read a basic SQL or Looker query.
  • Strong written English and an async-first communication style.
  • Experience working inside a growth function such as SEO, paid, CRO, or lifecycle.
  • Understanding of funnel mechanics and the difference between leading and lagging indicators.
  • Familiarity with at least two of the following: Ahrefs or Semrush, Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, A/B testing tools, or marketing attribution platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to ship real outcomes through other people, not just manage tickets.
  • Ability to write a one-page brief that turns vague intent into a shippable experiment.
  • Comfort holding senior contributors accountable to cadence, including people with more experience or credentials.
  • Ability to know when to escalate and when to absorb issues.
