Description

  • Proactively manage and grow a portfolio of assigned enterprise-level clients.
  • Close new and expansion business on monthly, quarterly, and annual cycles to meet or exceed quota.
  • Own customer relationships, deadlines, and deliverables to position Cloudflare to win business.
  • Develop C-level and decision-maker relationships to align Cloudflare solutions with customer transformation goals.
  • Build pipeline through direct and indirect outreach and a deep understanding of customer goals and value opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate forecasts and report opportunity status in weekly sales meetings using MEDDPIC in SFDC.
  • Manage purchase-process steps and jointly owned timelines through to closure.
  • Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations, proposals, and commercial terms.
  • Leverage the Executive Briefing Center to build executive sponsorship and account support.
  • Build and maintain relationships with channel partners to create joint value propositions.
  • Participate in team meetings and provide GTM guidance for account strategy.

Requirements

  • Must reside in the Dallas-Fort Worth area for this remote role.
  • 6+ years of experience with Cloud Networking and Security Technology, with industry awareness.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding quota.
  • Expert sales acumen across discovery, positioning, competing, negotiating, closing, and expanding.
  • Ability to lead a multidisciplinary team over a long-term account horizon.
  • Ability to identify key stakeholders and turn business issues into solutions.
  • Comfort selling new business and expanding existing business, with strong closing skills.
  • Ability to build meaningful relationships quickly and present with confidence.
  • Experience maintaining forecasts and working in SFDC, with MEDDPIC framework knowledge preferred.
  • Ability to work with integrity, positivity, aggressiveness in execution, and persistence through challenges.
