Description

  • Define and execute a global marketing strategy aligned with growth, revenue, and market positioning goals.
  • Strengthen the company’s brand, messaging, positioning, and category narrative in the AI ecosystem.
  • Lead demand generation efforts to drive pipeline creation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
  • Build and optimize attribution, forecasting, KPIs, and reporting to measure marketing effectiveness and ROI.
  • Lead product marketing and go-to-market enablement for solutions, services, launches, and market expansions.
  • Develop partner marketing programs and joint go-to-market initiatives with ecosystem partners and alliances.
  • Build and lead a high-performing global marketing organization across brand, demand, product marketing, and communications.
  • Partner with Sales, Product, Partnerships, Finance, and Operations to align priorities and accelerate growth.
  • Advise executive leadership on market opportunities, customer trends, competitive positioning, and growth strategy.
  • Establish scalable marketing operations, tools, and performance frameworks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 15+ years of progressive B2B marketing leadership experience, including executive responsibility for global marketing organizations.
  • Proven success driving measurable pipeline growth, customer acquisition, and revenue impact in high-growth technology, SaaS, AI, data, or enterprise software companies.
  • Deep expertise across demand generation, product marketing, brand strategy, communications, and go-to-market execution.
  • Experience supporting partnership-, ecosystem-, or channel-led growth models.
  • Strong understanding of AI, machine learning, data infrastructure, or emerging technology markets.
  • Exceptional storytelling, positioning, and executive communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and scale high-performing teams across multiple geographies.
  • Strong analytical, operational, and financial acumen, including budget and performance metric management.
  • Executive presence and ability to influence senior stakeholders, customers, partners, and Board-level audiences.
  • Willingness to travel globally as needed.
