Description

  • Take introductory and discovery calls with inbound prospects and run strategy and pitch presentations.
  • Manage the full sales pipeline from first touch through signed contract, including follow-up, proposals, objection handling, and contract negotiations.
  • Build and maintain sales assets such as a playbook, objection library, and follow-up sequences.
  • Own and operate internal Meta advertising campaigns for the company.
  • Develop and execute the company’s broader marketing strategy, including content, brand positioning, and demand generation.
  • Create or direct the creation of marketing assets such as ads, landing pages, case studies, and social content.
  • Work cross-functionally to align advertising and brand efforts within a broader growth strategy.
  • Help shape the future sales and marketing function as the company grows.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of B2B closing experience, not limited to appointment setting or lead qualification.
  • A demonstrated track record of earning $125,000 or more in total compensation, with a meaningful portion from commissions or performance-based incentives.
  • Experience selling professional services with a sales cycle of approximately 2 to 6 weeks to SMB or mid-market buyers.
  • Hands-on experience running paid media campaigns, with Meta preferred, or strong working knowledge of direct response and digital marketing.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms, preferably HubSpot, including pipeline management, deal tracking, and reporting.
  • Ability to operate as a sole contributor across both sales and marketing functions.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Based in the United States and available during standard business hours.
  • Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
  • A brief Loom video application is required, including an introduction, an example of a closed deal, and one observation about the company’s current marketing.

Benefits

  • $85,000 base salary plus performance-based commission.
