Description

  • Take introductory and discovery calls with inbound prospects and qualify opportunities.
  • Run strategy and pitch presentations and guide prospects through the full sales process.
  • Manage the pipeline from first touch through close, including follow-ups, proposals, and contract negotiations.
  • Handle objections and maintain a structured sales process from initial conversation to signed contract.
  • Build and maintain sales enablement assets such as a playbook, objection library, and follow-up sequences.
  • Own and operate internal Meta advertising campaigns for the company.
  • Develop and execute the company’s broader marketing strategy, including content, brand positioning, and demand generation.
  • Create or direct marketing assets such as ads, landing pages, case studies, and social content.
  • Think strategically about how the brand and advertising support long-term growth.
  • Contribute as a hands-on individual contributor across both sales and marketing functions.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of B2B closing experience, not limited to appointment setting or lead qualification.
  • A demonstrated track record of earning $125,000+ in total compensation in a prior role, with a meaningful portion from commissions or performance incentives.
  • Experience selling professional services with a sales cycle of approximately 2 to 6 weeks to SMB or mid-market buyers.
  • Hands-on experience running paid media campaigns, preferably Meta, or strong working knowledge of direct response and digital marketing.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms, preferably HubSpot, including pipeline management, deal tracking, and reporting.
  • Comfort operating as a sole contributor across both sales and marketing functions.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Based in the United States and available during standard business hours.
  • Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
  • Prior experience with Meta advertising is preferred.
