Description

  • Identify and nurture enterprise opportunities, build pipeline, and close short-term Cloud monthly contracts and annual committed spend arrangements.
  • Articulate and evangelize the company and product vision and positioning.
  • Use a solution-based sales approach to create customer value.
  • Promote the innovation behind ClickHouse Cloud to enterprise prospects.
  • Track customer use cases, decision criteria, next steps, and forecasting data in Salesforce.
  • Accurately forecast business on a monthly cadence.
  • Coordinate with dedicated teams, virtual teams, and executive staff to support sales opportunities and ensure successful outcomes.
  • Align ClickHouse Cloud solutions to customer business needs, challenges, and technical requirements.
  • Engage in affinity meetups and drive ClickHouse-specific meetups in key metro cities.
  • Contribute to the user and developer community in the region.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience with open source software business models preferred.
  • Proficiency in cloud and infrastructure software is required.
  • Recent experience working with GenAI or AI-native companies.
  • Strong business acumen with a technology-focused mindset.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally within a diverse team.
  • Passion for building long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Sales experience with cloud SaaS, data analytics, and/or observability solutions is a plus.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a track record of delivering results in fast-moving environments is a plus.
  • Experience working remotely in a global, distributed organization is a plus.

Benefits

  • Starting salary range of $270,000-$330,000 USD in the US.
  • Premium market salary range of $290,000-$350,000 USD in US premium markets.
