Description

  • Identify, nurture, and close net-new enterprise opportunities, including short-term monthly cloud contracts and annual committed spend agreements.
  • Build and maintain pipeline while tracking customer use cases, decision criteria, next steps, and forecasts in Salesforce.
  • Accurately forecast business performance on a monthly cadence.
  • Articulate the company and product vision, positioning, and market value to enterprise customers.
  • Use a solution-based sales approach to align ClickHouse Cloud with customer business needs, technical requirements, and challenges.
  • Collaborate with dedicated teams, virtual teams, and executive stakeholders to drive successful sales outcomes.
  • Engage the regional user and developer community through affinity meetups and ClickHouse-hosted events in key metro cities.
  • Promote innovation around ClickHouse and its Cloud product to customers and the broader market.

Requirements

  • 4-6+ years of experience, preferably with open source software business models.
  • Proficiency in cloud and infrastructure software is required.
  • Recent experience working with GenAI or AI-native companies.
  • Experience selling technical infrastructure to enterprise customers.
  • Strong business acumen with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally within a diverse team.
  • Experience in cloud SaaS, data analytics, and/or observability solutions is a plus.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of delivering results in fast-moving environments is preferred.
  • Experience working remotely in a global, distributed organization is preferred.
