Description

  • Warm up and leverage existing executive, architect, and buying-center relationships to open new opportunities.
  • Build near-term pipeline and close monthly cloud deals while managing strategic enterprise sales cycles from 3 to 36 months.
  • Lead competitive displacement and migration efforts against incumbent OLAP and data platforms.
  • Design proof-of-concepts and business cases that demonstrate performance, cost/TCO, and time-to-value.
  • Drive joint go-to-market motions with AWS, GCP, and Azure through partner programs, marketplaces, private offers, and commit drawdown motions.
  • Evangelize ClickHouse Cloud to customers and partners, including positioning real-time analytics and BYOC patterns for regulated environments.
  • Capture use cases, stakeholders, MEDDICC, timelines, and forecasts in Salesforce and deliver accurate monthly forecasts.
  • Participate in local meetups, partner events, customer roundtables, and ClickHouse community sessions.
  • Coordinate cross-functional resources such as Sales Engineering, Product, Professional Services, and Alliances to build mutual success plans.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Singapore and open to regional ASEAN travel.
  • 7+ years of experience in cloud, data, or infrastructure sales.
  • Enterprise selling experience at a direct competitor or adjacent data platform company.
  • A live network of CXO/VP-level buyers, data platform owners, and solution architects across priority accounts.
  • Experience with AWS, GCP, and Azure partner ecosystems, including ACE, Partner Center, and Partner Advantage.
  • Mastery of consumption-led motions, marketplace transactions, and commercial constructs such as EDP, private offers, and co-sell crediting.
  • Ability to qualify opportunities rigorously, design compelling POCs, and coordinate cross-functional teams to mutual success.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and board-level presentation skills.
  • Open-source commercial model experience is a plus.
  • Experience selling databases or analytics solutions is preferred.
  • Experience crafting BYOC or sovereign patterns for FSI, telco, or public sector customers is preferred.
