Description

  • Identify and engage key stakeholders within target enterprise accounts to build relationships and understand their challenges.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial prospecting through closing deals.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with sales strategy and company goals.
  • Deliver tailored presentations and product demonstrations to large enterprise prospects.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to support sales initiatives and customer satisfaction.
  • Use CRM tools to track pipeline activity, manage opportunities, and forecast revenue accurately.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitive dynamics, and customer needs to position Clearstory effectively.
  • Build trust and rapport with clients through a consultative, relationship-driven sales approach.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years of project management experience as a project manager for a large General Contractor.
  • 2-3 years of enterprise sales experience with a proven track record in B2B software sales, preferably in construction or related industries.
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex sales cycles and engaging C-suite and senior stakeholders.
  • Strong consultative sales approach with the ability to clearly articulate a value proposition.
  • Experience developing and executing strategic account plans that drive significant revenue growth.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a focus on customer success.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and sales forecasting.
  • Self-starter mentality with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
