Description

  • Design, prototype, and deploy AI agents, LLM-powered workflows, and automations that improve internal operations across multiple business teams.
  • Build production-grade integrations between AI systems and ClassWallet’s internal business tools and SaaS stack.
  • Develop reusable AI components, prompt libraries, evaluation frameworks, and internal platforms to scale adoption across the company.
  • Contribute AI capabilities to customer-facing product features in partnership with Product and Engineering.
  • Work directly with business teams to understand workflows, identify high-value AI opportunities, and deliver solutions to those teams.
  • Pair with non-technical employees to build, refine, and operationalize their AI workflows.
  • Translate ambiguous business problems into concrete, shippable systems.
  • Select and apply the appropriate AI and automation tools, including LLMs, RAG, agent frameworks, RPA, low-code automation, and traditional software approaches.
  • Establish standards for AI development, including code quality, evaluation, monitoring, prompt management, and cost control.
  • Partner with leadership and Legal/Compliance to support responsible AI practices, data privacy, and regulatory alignment.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of professional software engineering experience.
  • 2+ years of experience building AI/ML or LLM-based systems in production.
  • Strong proficiency in Python and modern AI development tools such as OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, LangChain/LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks.
  • Demonstrated experience designing and shipping AI agents and LLM workflows that solved real business problems with measurable outcomes.
  • Working fluency with automation platforms such as Zapier, n8n, Make, UiPath, or similar tools.
  • Comfort with APIs, webhooks, and integrating across SaaS systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Jira, Slack, and Google Workspace.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with executive stakeholders, business users, and engineers.
  • Based in the US and able to work remotely or in a hybrid setup with periodic travel to HQ as needed.
  • Experience in fintech, govtech, or other regulated industries preferred.
  • Familiarity with vector databases, embeddings, evaluation frameworks such as Ragas or OpenAI Evals, and AI observability tools such as LangSmith, Helicone, or Langfuse preferred.
  • Experience building internal AI platforms or developer tools that scaled across an organization preferred.
  • Prior work shipping customer-facing AI features in a SaaS product preferred.
  • Background in product engineering, data engineering, or applied ML preferred.
