Description

  • Develop and execute a territory sales plan to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, including meetings, presentations, software demonstrations, solution selling, and contract negotiations.
  • Build pipeline and advance opportunities through procurement to close new logo business.
  • Communicate strategically with prospective clients to identify requirements and position Clariti’s solutions.
  • Support proposal development by defining strategy, win themes, budget considerations, and competitive positioning.
  • Represent Clariti at client meetings, conferences, and other marketing events.
  • Develop strategies to increase sales and marketability within the public sector.
  • Maintain strong executive-level relationships and manage complex buying committees and long sales cycles.
  • Achieve or exceed predetermined sales metrics and goals.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience marketing and selling SaaS, regulatory, enterprise, or case management software.
  • 5 or more years of experience selling software and business solutions.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience selling into a regulated industry such as Public Sector, Banking, Insurance, Healthcare, Utilities and Energy, Pharmaceuticals & Life Sciences, or Aerospace and Defense.
  • Experience managing complex sales opportunities using a proven sales methodology.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain executive-level relationships.
  • Knowledge of and success with complex procurement processes.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Technically adept and experienced with web technologies.
  • Ability to travel throughout the US and Canada regularly, with travel at least once a month to client sites and events.
  • Bonus point for candidates located in the Northeast or Southeast US, or within a major airport hub.
